On Site Training & Support

Your IQ.Session® on-site training and customer support can be scheduled at any time. We have a standard one day basic training course for both course and event scheduling. Group training is hands-on, instructor-led and follows a standard curriculum using a training manual and our tutorial database. Instruction is in a client-provided computer lab equipped with an overhead projector. We provide the set-up service on the training machines.

IQ.Session CL offers on-site implementation support including eight training days and four days of operational support.
