Implementation Support
Our Implementation Support package for HC Tracker™ includes on-site
installation and training. The amount and timing for delivery of training
services is worked out during preparation of an Implementation Project plan. New enterprise clients automatically receive TWO days on-site support plus SIX technical support incidents as part of the Annual Maintenance Plan which is included in the initial license fee.
User Group
Join our User’s Group and participate in a monthly conference call to
discuss issues with other clients, learn about current BHPr changes and help design future product enhancements.
Hosting
We are proud to offer a hosting service to our clients. We have a dedicated server, UPS for short power outages, backup generator for 24/7 service during prolonged outages and a VPN Gateway. Our server offers reliability, a higher level of performance, security and local printing.
