Tracks Health Professions Prospects, Students and
Practitioners
HC
TrackerT provides all the tools any
BHPr
grantee requires to recruit, place and retain health professionals in
under-served areas. HC Tracker was originally developed in 1995-96 under
a contract with the Missouri AHEC program. Working with this program, the
original contractor developed a database product that met the
AHEC's
specific needs. Since,
ComQuip
has worked with
HETC's
and
GEC's
to develop additional functionality to meet their needs. HC Tracker
provides an enterprise database platform to capture program wide data on
participants. The data captured includes career interests, programs
attended, demographic background, support, educational experiences, CE credits
earned and much more. All the information needed for statutory reporting
purposes is included. Additional data needed to assess candidate
potential and suitability is also provided.
Creates Federal Reports Effortlessly
HC Tracker has one feature that you will not find in other
solutions - the ability to generate automatically any federally specified UPR,
CPMS or competing application table. We follow the guidelines published
by the NAO Committee on Research and Evaluation for preparing the
reports. We modify the table formats annually to comply with
BHPr
guidelines. HC Tracker also includes comprehensive tools to audit, verify
and correct reports. We work closely with our User Group to insure their
needs are being met.
