Under the HC Tracker^™Enterprise Annual Maintenance Plan, you receive a one-year warranty extension, six technical support incidents, plus free upgrades and enhancements for one year. ComQuip generally will have two minor releases each year and a major release every three years.

The benefits included in the Annual Maintenance Plan far exceed the cost. Most of our clients prefer to be covered by our Annual Maintenance Plan. It makes it simpler and easier to plan your costs in advance so that unexpected technical support, training and upgrades are not unbudgeted expenses.
