Implementation Support

Our Implementation Support Package includes the following:

  • On-site training
  • On-site installation
  • Initial data load

We recommend this package for clients who want to get off to a fast start or who do not have strong IT support on-site.  Installation and running the import process are jobs best handled by an IT expert.  We will do this for you if such expertise is not readily available on your campus.  On-site training insures your users will have the base level of knowledge needed to create schedules and run reports.  This is a two or three day effort.

Annual Maintenance Plan

    • Remote level technical support
    • One year warranty extension
    • Product upgrades and enhancements

Under the IQ.Session Annual Maintenance Plan, you receive a one-year warranty extension, an allowance of technical support incidents commensurate with your licence 5:3e, plus free upgrades and enhancements for one year.  ComQuip generally will have two minor releases each year and a major release every three years.

The benefits included in the Annual Maintenance Plan far exceed the cost.  Most of our clients prefer to be covered by our Annual Maintenance Plan.  It makes it simpler and easier to plan your costs in advance so that unexpected technical support, training and upgrades are not unbudgeted expenses.  Contact support@comquip.com for questions, prices or to order services.

On-Site Training and Support

IQ.Session on-site training and support can be scheduled anytime.  We have a standard one day basic training course or we can tailor the course to meet your advanced or special needs.  Custom training is also available.  We can also provide on-site support.  Travel costs are not included in the base prices for these services.  On-line training is another available option.

Technical Support

We offer two convenient ways to get help.   You may:

If your problem is more technical, we can access your system using Microsoft® LiveMeeting or GoToMyPC®.   This can significantly reduce the time to resolve problems.

All new clients for our full course and event scheduling system receive an allowance of six technical support incidents in the first year.  Thereafter, our Annual Maintenance Plan includes an allowance for these incidents.
