
Our Implementation Support package for HC Tracker includes on-site installation and training. The amount and timing for delivery of training services is worked out during preparation of an Implementation Project plan. New enterprise clients automatically receive two days on-site support plus six (6) technical support incidents as part of the Annual Maintenance Plan which is included in the initial license fee.

Under the HC Tracker Enterprise Annual Maintenance Plan, you receive a one-year warranty extension, six technical support incidents, free upgrades and enhancements for one year, plus two days on site support services. ComQuip generally will have two minor releases each year and a major release every three years.
The benefits included in the Annual Maintenance Plan far exceed the cost. Most of our clients prefer to be covered by our Annual Maintenance Plan. It makes it simpler and easier to plan your costs in advance so that unexpected technical support, training and upgrades are not unbudgeted expenses. On-site Training and Support

HC Tracker on-site training and support can be scheduled anytime. We have a standard one day basic training course or we can tailor the course to meet your advanced or special needs. Custom training is also available. We can also provide on-site support. Travel costs are not included in the base prices for these services.
